    I have xbox 800 ms points and when i try to redeem it on my console it says token not supported. And when i try on the webdite it says check at the back of the card on how to redeem or use a different website. Help!

    I would try contacting the retailer you purchased it from and explain the circumstance.

    So yesterday I bought an xbox one combined pack, 1TB Tom clancy's rainbows x siege and assassin's creed origins (the same like in the picture). Rainbows x siege redeemed fine so did the 14 days trail of xbox live gold, but when I tried to redeem Assassin's
    creed it said token not supported, HELP WANTED

    Unfortunately Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. So at this point the cards have expired.

    It is possible for a token to be expired. This is often when the tokens are promotional or from a prior fiscal year. Xbox Support is unable to replace any token which is expired and you would want to contact the retailer for any possible recompense.

    it can take 24 hours before the tokens are deposited on your account if the tokens arent deposited by then i recommend talking to the minecraft support team
