Token issue

    having issues bought tokens but when I go to upgrade shop it shoes I have none any one else with this issue

    I've heard/experienced the disappearing token issue - but I've never heard of tokens just disappearing.

    You're OP states that you lost "all" your tokens - but then your follow-up states that you only lost some tokens. Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently spend some tokens while trying to find a way to get the "0" to go back to "2400"?

    How to transfer from one game tag to another? We dont want a family membership but ended up with two game tags

    they will only issue a prepaid token if it was purchased with a family account

    but all ms points cannot be transfered between accounts as they are not issued as a prepaid token by xbox
