i renewd my son xbox live at August 17, 208, need to work up to August 19, 2019, that what i got in your thank you mail. Today my son cannot log in to XBOX LIVE

Hello Israel,

Sorry for the issue with logging into Xbox live. Is the issue with the subscription, does it tell you to renew Xbox live gold? Or do you get error stating cant log into Xbox live check network connection?

Hi,

It may be worth trying to clear the cache incase there's a glitch on your console buy holding the power button on console for 10 seconds until it powers off the boot it back up and try again.

Check if the subscription is still active here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If the subscription is still valid, try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.
