today is the day for my xbox license transfer but i can't do the transfer

I bought a new Xbox slim and I wanted to transfer all the data from the last one to this one. So today is the day for the License transfer and when I go to it, all it shows me is the date that's its ready to be available again(Which is once again today).
Is this and common issue? Is the transfer time based ? Do I have to wait an extra day ? If anyone could answer this I'd appreciate it.

License Transfer Issue

Alright, so today is finally the day I get to license transfer my profile. I get on the Xbox and to the license transfer option, and it says I have to wait until 11/9/15, which is today. So, it still won't let me license transfer. And I don't understand
why either, because I went to license transfer two other profiles of mine, and they went through with no problem. My main profile, which is this one, just says to wait until 11/9/15, even though that's today. What can I do to fix this?

Xbox license transfer time

Hello today was the day I could do a license transfer but it won't show the option to do the license transfer do I have to wait another day or is time based "ex" 4pm on may 1 then July 31 has to be after 4pm??

You can't lose your account for doing a license transfer.

A license transfer doesn't do anything bad. Like I said above, it just transfer your content licenses to the console you did the license transfer on. If he did the license transfer on the same console you use anyway, then it won't do anything.

If you mean you cancelled the License Transfer in the middle process, and asking if you want to use License Transfer again, then you can't. I've cancelled the License Transfer in the middle of the process on my old account, then it said I can do the License
Transfer once again somewhere very far away in the coming 2014.

When doing a license transfer to another console you have no choice as to what is or is not moved.

With that being said (and I can't guarantee this has not been changed) when I had a second console in my house I did a license transfer to the family console. Only licenses for content that I redownloaded after the transfer were transferred.

Say for instance you have CoD: AW and Destiny but only want to move the license for Destiny. Do the license transfer and then download Destiny.

If nothing has been changed anyone will be able to play CoD on the first console and anyone can play Destiny on the second console. But, as I said, I can't guarantee that will work anymore as it's been quite a few years since I needed to do a license transfer
to a separate console.

The license transfer is the more-likely culprit. I bought a new xbox and had to transfer content and licenses, but I didn't do the license transfer on my wife's GT and she's getting the same message as you.

Unfortunately Raymundo you will need to do a transfer license to transfer the content licenses to that Xbox 360 console from a previous one. You can't just redownload them to a new console. However do note that content licenses can not be transfered between
gamertags only consoles. For steps to do a license transfer please visit
