Today is the 30th why haven’t my reward credits been transferred into money yet?

It sounds like you are unfamiliar with how deposits work. There is a very good FAQ entry for Vault Credits in particular that goes over deposits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

So, based off the information provided above, while you had Credits pending on March 26th, they were well below any of our deposit thresholds (at 1000 pending Credits you can request a deposit manually). Since you only received your Credits on the 25th,
since that is the second half of the month, they will be a part of next month's mid-month deposit. Note that this deposit occurs "on or around the 15th of the next month", which means that while the deposit will happen by the 15th at the latest, it can also
occur before that date. Also, we see that you are asking about a 30th deposit on the 30th. Please keep in mind that this is a global program, so due to time zone differences, if we perform a deposit on the 30th, it may already be the following day in your
time zone.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they were earned. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So
any credits you had earned after the 1st, would not have been earned in time for today's deposit. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so sometimes they are deposited at the end of the month.

next month. If your remaining credits were earned after March 1, they would not have been earned in time for today's deposit.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place around the 26th I believe. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for
deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support is unable to assist.
