Today I lost my love of Microsoft

User friendly is very common these days but it is not how I would describe Microsoft. I tried to separate my email from my sons Fortnite account which is attached to a different email. Thought I could change just the account attached to Xbox but unknowingly
deleted my email of over a decade! Now all I want is to change the gamer tag from my Brittanica tag to my sons tag Nubnub52 since it’s now his weird email but no it costs $10 and no one can change that! I don’t think Microsoft knows the first thing about customer
service!
