Today for some reason I couldn't renew my Xbox Live Gold on Xbox 360?

Whenever I try to do it says to do it again, it won't take me to the white box to confirm purchase. Any reason why? Please reply ASAP, I have days off, and I want to play!

Lost xbox live gold membership

just yesterday, 2/2/18, I had Xbox gold, which renewed on Christmas so I should have a long time before I have to renew it, I get on xbox today, 2/3/18, and now it says I have to upgrade to gold, my gold membership has been cancelled for some reason, why
and how do I fix this?

 

My xbox live gold renewed with an expired credit card without money

So i had the option to renew my xbox live gold on ( automatically renews xbox live gold) for 3 months but the credit card i used was a once use credit card and i used it and bought 3 months gold until 13 january 2014.

i forgot to turn off the option to automatically renew gold.

today 13 january 2014 my xbox live gold was renewed by the same credit card that has expired so what do i do ?

The same thing for me sorta, except I'm paying with a debit card and it keeps showing an error

If you are trying from the console then see if you can't make the purchase from the website here.

If the purchase goes through it won't show up immediately on your console. To speed up the process go to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test.
