To young to change profile picture

I made an alt account and for some reason it wont let me change my profile picture. When i press choose a custom profile picture it says “ for custom images you need to be older” how do i change my gamer pic

If I were you, I would remove said account and create a Standard one so you don't have to do these workarrounds in the future.

I didnt i made sure it was an adult account and that it had no restrictions

you probably created a child account you'll have to use the adult account to manage the child account settings.

I have somthing similar i try to change mine to somthing i want but it takes hour on end so i figured maybe i just need to choose diff one then switch back to one inwant so i do the custom image i dnt want gets verified right away the one inwant will tske
hours to be verified also do u guys not work on fridays through sunday cuz i have this problem and the only times it wont change or get verifified is a friday through sunday sooooo idk wat the deal is but ppl shoudlnt have to w8 48hr for a gamerpiv change
sooo if u have a conputer checking the pics is kinda dumb and u should get a smart one lol cuz its kinda dumb waiting

Hi Xpfb, Since this virus is out we are unable to change our profile picture. Once the virus is gone we may change our profile picture.
