    Why can't I buy any games, apps, movies and more with my Microsoft Reward Points? Is it because I need my bank information? Thing is my mum don't want me to use her back details so yeah.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. Microsoft Support can only see details about Microsoft Rewards. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team
    via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    For a response from support, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum, however Rewards support would not be able to assist with billing issues. Once Rewards credits are added to your account, they are converted into currency you can use to
    purchase those items. You do need billing information (an address) on file in order to make purchases for security purposes, but not necessarily a credit card. If you're trying to purchase 360 content on an Xbox One, you do have to have a credit card or Paypal
    on file because the Xbox One store does not recognize your Microsoft account balance as a valid payment option for 360 content. If you need assistance from the billing department, you would need to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the
