My 12month Code has already been redeemed and I did not redeem it on my account. Purchased from Amazon 12/31/14 7:22PM EST. It was accidentally posted on this forum. My post is gone. And my code is gone. And my $60 is gone. I am wanting to know the status
of this code.

When I go to redeem it, it says

"This code has already been used
Do you have another one? Try that."

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

hoprfully a member of tge xbox live enforcement. Team will answer this. As it woulf be best if it was a member of tge enforcement team .

The enforcement team does indeed still enforce against cheating on the Xbox 360. If it takes place on the Xbox Live service. All reports are looked into to the best of the enforcement teams ability.

Theytold me to contact them by a link because it isnt the enforcement team on the mixure or will I need to contact real enforcement team that handle xbox live account or use xbox live chat.
