To xbox live Admins

Today I write in response to a current ban placed upon my account.

Long story short- Last weekend 2/18/17 I received abuse from other gamers. Abuse such as Team killed - Inboxed inappropriate msgs and so on..... I will not lie. I responded in the same manner and tone that I had received - I am human and error. Lets remember Newton's
third law is: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

That being said I will not attempt to justify my actions - as I am clearly in the wrong.

I will not argue the fact that any rules or regulation you may enforce are in direct violation of my American rights. No laws or rules shall be set by any organization - state - church or governed body that impose upon any acts set in place by the Amendment

In all reality and truth be told I did agree to your terms. No matter how unjust they are.

I myself am a part time Domestic violence officer. So I can understand the reasoning for enforcement of laws and regulations.

However one key part of my job is not to just determine who is at fault but also to determine why this person acted out in such a way. Ware they provoked - forced - Tricked - Used and so on.

This shall be my argument - Do not mistake this as me saying I should get a ( get out of jail free card ) so to speak or a pass.

What I seek is equal justice. I want The person who *engaged me* *Started the conversation of negativity equally punished*

I believe that I am fully entitled to at least that.

If need be I can provide screen shoots or photos of such actions. It is not fair to punish one while the other reaps enjoyment.

The person who opened the *report* Needs to be review themselves.



If This request cannot be met - I feel that my ban should be lifted and cleared.

If either of my request cannot be met - I will accept this act of discrimination and kindly move on...... I shall inform our clan of a console change - have our servers shut down and switch everything over to ps4. I will inform our youtube 100k + subscribers
that we will no longer take part in xbox squanders.

Quoting our friend the Doctor - Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.

are y'all admins or just xbox live members?

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on the other gamer via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

 

Thanks for the info Friend! The only reason I posted here was - I called Customer service and he informed me that Admins monitor this page for such complaints! Thanks for clearing that up!
