I had awoken today to find my Xbox LIVE account was suspended until 1/3/14. In question to why my account was suspended I called Xbox's 800 number. I talked to a gentlemen on the phone named Phoenix, He directed me how to find out why I was suspended. I
read I was suspended 2 times for 2 different reasons, The first one said "Communication" and the second one said "Cheating". Though the web site says I am only suspended till 1/3/14 my Xbox LIVE account on my consoles says I'm Suspended till 3/1/14, I'm guessing
because I have a cheating suspension as well as the Communication. On 12/19/14, I was In a party chat with people I didn't know besides my one friend, they were all playing the same game. I joined them and I lost miserable, One of the other players said I
sucked and implied I had bought my account because of my Rank. Later in the party he told everyone to file a complaint against me. Today I woke up to find my account suspended. The suspension implies I used modified hardware or software or disrupted someones
game by cheating. I have never cheated on XBL or used modified content, I was a victim of filed complaint abuse. I don't understand how I can be suspended just because someone told all of there friends to file a complaint against me. I've had Xbox LIVE for
9 years now and never had encountered this. I am disappointed in feedback/complaint system as well as not being able to talk to a Enforcement team member without having to argue my desipute on a public forum in front of peers. I actually had to make a whole

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx second do not post personal info like emails on here it is a public forum and anybody can see your posts and see your email. post in the thread linked above with your tag and they will tell you why you were suspended from Live.
