    I just got a message from XA today that I was inactive for some reason, I was an XA member for four years now, and all of sudden I just got removed. All I’m going to say is that, I really do apologize for inactivity or something that I’ve done was bad,
    I’d be glad to come back to the community, and never do for what I have done was wrong, never again.

    Supposedly i left the XA program... *sees XA icon under gamercard*

    I didn't know about the Xpert program merging with the XA though.

    Can't view XA forum

    I haven't been able to help much as an XA in May due to an extremely busy schedule. However, I tried to get onto the XA forum today and found that I am no longer able to do so. Additionally, when I tried to view my XA profile, it said that my gamertag did
    not exist as an XA. To my knowledge, I have done nothing to merit being kicked from the XA program. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

    To XA

    You can contact the program staff via XBL message at XboxAmbassadors and they can follow up with you. If you were just removed for inactivity you should be able to just reapply.

    thank you, but I already did reply to the XboxAmbassador on the Xbox app, but I didn’t get any response.

    It can take time for them to respond. But that is the only place you can contact them.

    Hi there.

    Please keep XA related chatter to our own forum. The XA page works fine. Try login off, clearing you browser cache and log in again.
