    I recently got banned on Xbox of apparently posting a LFG saying stuff about cheating now the truth is it wasn't truly me i was playing Grand Theft Auto V with my friends then in the middle of it i been signed out of my account like 5 times saying Signed
    out this account is signed in on another console and that made me suspicious so I when online signed in the Microsoft page and looked at my sign in activity and noticed 5 IP Addresses and they was the same which are located in America those IPs are not mine
    at all as I live in the United Kingdom. I opened up a case review for my ban and explain to them what happened then I wasted 3 days of my time waiting for a response and they decided to say no i did engage this action and that made me think they didn't ask
    me for proof or investigate it and just not lifted my ban and said i did do this even though i am innocent i never did that action because i got hacked the hacker actually got me banned by posting a looking for group post about cheating. All I have to say
    is that the Enforcement team just can't and go ahead and decide that this person is not innocent they should let that person provide them proof for them to decide first they just can't decide without proof they must ask that person for proof first and when
    i was on the case review tabs there were a few tabs called submit case ' under review ' need info ' decision and summary now what came to me is the tab more info why didn't they ask me for proof through that tab and just went on decision So here are my words
    what the enforcement team was doing to few of those innocent people out there with a ban is not asking people for proof and just leave the innocent people with a ban now i have to wait 9 days to get unbanned from play multiplayer in all games and join party
    chats they need to start asking people for proof man don't just go jumping on to decision straight away at least ask that person for proof i have proof that my account got hacked just update your stuff or make like something easier so people that are innocent
    can provide proof from something for example the enforcement team should make a contact email for people that are in the same situation as me and for them to send the team the proof that the victim has that did not violate the terms of use on Xbox. Sorry if
    there was a few repeats. people please spread this and get the attention of false bans of enforcement and Xbox teams the enforcement team has mistaken my ban i shouldn't of deserve it as the hacker got me banned by signing in my account and performing the
    action not me.

    depends on what isp your with etc etc, i used to be with O2 for broadband and i live in the center of england, my ip was in dallas. it does happen from time to time as ip addresses change periodically.

    if your account was breached you would need to open a compromised account case, then you may be able to argue the ban if it is proved that your account was indeed breached.

    1. you dont get hacked, either you had weak passwords or weak security questions.

    2. did you gameshare with anyone as this is usually the main culprit.

    3. microsoft enforcement only ban with evidence, they have all the tools to see what is done, where and how as its on their network.

    4. as you think your account may have been compromised you should have opened a case with microsoft to report a compromised account they would then lock the account and secure it.

    Xbox enforcement team are Law judges or Lawyers, for sure.

    But they do enforce the law agreed on the TOU. No one gets banned for no reason. Try to file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team to get a better understanding.
