To the F#$king Retards @MS regarding the Xbox One UI and Updates

I have no problem with the design of the UI - I rather like it, but, I've said this before, it is extremely slow.

People appear to have different experience of the UI in terms of performance, hence I have to conclude it's related to network issues (maybe to do with proximity/MS configuration regarding nearest MS' UI servicing servers).

Tried that, was told I'd not get an update to the OLD UI until MS push a new update for public......

Is it turning off and on right after that again? If its an original Xbox One, is the Light on the powersupply changing?

Lets try some steps:

1)

- Plug it directly into a wall outlet without extensions, surge protectors in between

- See if that makes any change

2) PowerCycle

- Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console until it shuts off.

- Unplug the power cable for around 2 minutes.

- Replug and Restart your Console. Try again.

If the error still occurs try the next step:

3) Reset

- Power off your console

- Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

- Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

- On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

Make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do the Reset.

If the error still occurs try the next step:

4) Offline Update

- Perform the Offline Update as explainded here under "I need to Update my Console offline" http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

If nothing helps your Console would need to get repaired. For that go to: devicesupport.microsoft.com

and register your Console if you havent already done that. After that Click on it, select the issue and follow the process.

Your wish will be fulfilled with series x . It will have the ui to play any xbox game ever made . Maybe not those burger king games though

Karachi King also has a point if these are points earner by the previous owner and tied to your gamertag.

The Icons are liable to change if the developer releases an update for a game and decides to change the logos. If you are connected to Xbox live then OS updates should be rolled out automatically.
