    I have been with xbox live for over 2 years and decided last week to start playing online multiplayer cod 2 and have now had a 24h ban for no good reason and can only assume its an outcome of online bullying witch you obviously support witch is a disgrace
    to me and your self ...and not having any contact details to at least fight my own corner is disgusting I will be taking legal action against this as bullying is not acceptable and to not be able to argue the point to prove my innocents' is against my human
    rights

    The enforcement team is the only ones that can help with bans. No one in the forums has access to that information. Good Luck!

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. In the future if you encounter harassment from other users please use the tools on your console to report them. That way the enforcement team
    can investigate.

    Each account is treated the same when the enfrocement team enforces the Code Of Conduct. So it doesn't matter if you are a child or adult they are the same.

    Last night (29/6/2015 at around 11:45pm) The enforcement team changed my gamertag. I have had that gamertag for a long time and I paid to to get it. I want that gamertag back because there is no problem with that gamertag otherwise it would have been changed
