To the ambassador to assist me

I got blocked from all online multiplayer games for no reason and I’m not to happy about it

:)

 

My console keeps locking up every time I try and install a new game.

Xbox Enforcement | How Do I , If your case was upheld, that means that enforcement reviewed your case review and deemed that your suspension was well warranted and there wouldn't be any way to appeal it unfortunately.

 

You've probably did something that was against the code of conduct.

That's why you received a ban.
