    Thank you for all the information....all it useless. I have used "wsreset" tp enable the game when I received an error message. That worked for that error. I have tried and failed in all your suggestions. The freezing occurs during the "ad" cycle, usually
    after the NBA logo. I have some instances that the next ad "a very long and choppy video" has started and then stalled. Usually, after the NBA logo, the ad area just goes black...and everything freezes. The problem is the video after the NBA logo.....Get
    Rid Of It and I'm sure the freezing will go away.

    Thanks for the info, however it did not help. The post 3 days ago hit it right on the mark. It's this round of ads, especially the NBA ad and the puzzle freezes. Glad I don't pay for this, and this won't get me to pay for it. Sounds like it is too much
    of a problem for MS geniuses.
