    I posted yesterday about how my Xbox wouldn’t let me play game since the last update. You all had a lot of great suggestions but none worked. Out of no where I decided to clear my system cache. I think it worked. It might be a temporary fix or I just got lucky. I highly suggest that everyone clears the Xbox cache every month. Try it and let me know if it works! If you do not know how to clear the cache, just follow these instructions:

    How do I clear my Xbox One Cache?

    1: Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.

    2: Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox after the light turns orange.

    3: Wait thirty seconds before you in the power brick.

    4: Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

    5: Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

    Let me know if it works please!

    An additional option to the ones that were given to you by my fellow ambassadors you could try to reset your console cache by holding the power button until the xbox shuts off which might help too

    Sorry to hear about the installation trouble. To clarify, are you having trouble when the console is shut off, or does the installation stop even while you're using your Xbox One? How is your Xbox One connected to your network currently? Wired or wireless?

    Is this one game in particular or all games? I've never had my Xbox shut off but I've had games that restarted to the Xbox menu or crashed so hard I had to reset my Xbox. Usually random shut offs are due to overheating from what I've seen from friends.
    Do the vents have plenty of air flow?

    Sorry to hear about the Xbox Live troubles, if you're still having troubles with your subscription please try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle your Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your console shuts off), and
    then add your profile back to see if you're still having troubles.
