Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. Glad to hear that this issue has been escalated and the information sent to the Microsoft engineers so that they can get on a fix for the issue, which seems to be randomly affected many users, so your
feedback and cooperation in contacting us really helps them to pinpoint what may be happening in order to move forward.

Its nice that when you go back to some of the older threads that are a few months old and ask if they had their issue resolved, the moderator jumps in a locks the thread so you can't get any info back that may be useful. You know, the whole point to the

yep looks like the same I got also...so dumb I pay for gamepass and live and I'm on bed rest from a surgery right now and cant even game Haha. I just don't know what to do to stop this in the future ya know

Yeah I noticed that you were also one of the people having the same problem in March. It's definitely a system problem and not an individual problem..
