    unfortunately as said if they say you have used it 5 times then you will have to wait a year now .

    Dose anyone else have access to be able to change it 🤔

    Try to contact customer support and explain the issue, there are only a certain amount of times per year you can set a home Xbox.

    Hello, sorry to say if it states you already used all 5 switches their gone. The switches reset after a year.
