    My son was playing online with a friend. My son has never cheat, boosted, ect. He is just very good. So apparently people reported him as cheating, he is 11 and has never cheated nor does he know how to, if he ever did he knows his butt would be in big trouble.
    My account was suspended for 2 weeks, his friend was suspended for 1 week that he was playing with in the same game. Xbox has NO way of verifying if someone cheats or that they are just good, just that people who are sore losers can't play that well. I called
    support and they said to talk to the enforcement division so I asked how do I do that Xbox response, you can't, which is a bunch of bull. If you are going to do this to people without verifying what is going on then that sounds like a class action lawsuit!

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive, so they do perform a thorough investigation before giving out suspensions/bannings.

    have same problem got suspended for gamerscore just this week and years ago on xbox360 told them about it never got fixed so just got suspended now after several years like to talk to them but can't explain it would be nice before i get booted LAWlessONE666

    Faddy - You need to post in the forum I linked earlier.

    Rockstar - You need to file a complaint and block communications with them via the console. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
