Hello i'm here to talk to you about how my profile got hacked and the changed my gamertag to something undesirable. It was solved by the advocacy team with SR#[Mod Removed] and i still need assistance changing my gamertag back to normal.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

Sorry, but support gave you some incorrect information. The enforcement team only posts on the suspensions forums to tell people why they have been banned/suspended. There is no way to contact them directly. They also will only change a gamertag if it violates
the code of conduct, and even then they will only give a randomly generated tag. You would either need to pay to change the tag, or contact support again to see if there is anything they can do since your account was compromised.

even tho it is wrong, you will get no response at ALL from the enforcement team as they do not read any forum OTHER than the one where people ask why they are suspended/banned sorry.

Why is my post not appearing in the “My LIVE account was suspended” forum? The suspension forum is moderated in order to ensure all posts abide by the ToU and CoC. A “moderated” forum is one that requires all posts to be reviewed by a moderator before
