TO ENFORCEMENT TEAM: You owe me an explanation for my suspension, it says so on your site.

I was permanently suspended, and I don't know the reason. On your site it says you are supposed to explain why the enforcement was issued, but you did no such thing.

I still have some questions. How do I contact the Enforcement Team?

As you can see there is no explanation for my suspension in here.

The gamertag for this account is lBlinko (LBLINKO). Note the difference between that account and the account I am posting from.

I'm not asking you to unban my account. While that would be great, I'm really just looking for an specific explanation as to why it happened. It said "harassment abuse and threats", but I haven't sent angry messages to people since my last communications
suspension. Plus, an xbox support rep told me you have to get 10 communications suspensions in a year to get permanently suspended for communications, and I have had nowhere near that.

Help me out man. I lost all my games and progress on that account for something that may or may not be something I did, I have no way of telling.

Suspensions end at the same time they start,so if your suspension started at 3:30pm then it will end at 3:30pm etc.

 

The reason for your suspension is quite clear "harassment abuse and threats". That is qualified under communication suspensions, these suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks
an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications, Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often
of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.
