    okay for one i havent really been on in 2 months since my last suspension i havent talked to anyone outside of my friends list and i think someone purposely got me banned because after a debate of views an ex friend said he would get me banned from xbox
    by any means. i have not been rude to anyone unless they where rude to me and i shouldnt suffer because other people cant handle adult conversations and run to the report button because they dont agree with your views i find it wrong immoral and down right
    rude i have done nothing as worse than any normal xbox owner i would like to talk about this matter because i dont think it is right

    Hi, note that the Xbox Enforcement Team is responsible for all matters regarding enforcement, and unfortunately they don't use or monitor these forums, nor car anyone on these forums can directly access information regarding enforcement on an account. Visit https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    TO ENFORCEMENT REGARDING MY ACCOUNT

    For an official answer from the enforcement team, you'll need to post here -
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    The enforcement team do investigate every complaint. So it doesn't matter why someone files a complaint, they will only issue a suspension/banning if they discovered that you have done something to violate the code of conduct or terms of service.

    OK thanks and I personally don't care what they "investigate" because I know at least 23 people who I met( and reported ) for legit hackering and modding yet they are online but you guys ban someone who will verbally defend themselves and besides 96% of
    any rude conversations where verbal and I know my laws state and federal and recording is not okay.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so there's nothing anyone here can do.You'll have to wait 24 hours to take the quiz again.

    Try using a different web browser if you are having trouble with the enforcement site.

    There's no time limit on when a suspension can be issued for a offence.

    Your 2nd suspension would of been for something you did before the first suspension was even issued.

    2nd Console Ban from the Xbox Network

    The enforcement site won't show any information regarding console bans since it's not account specific. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and console bans cannot be reversed.
