    I require assistance. Every time I try and launch TERA on my Xbox I will get a message saying something (yes it says something) in my privacy and online safety needs to be changed. I’ve combed my settings and can’t find a thing that would interfere with
    this. Anyone got an idea?

    TERA Technical Beta causing an account message, unable to play?

    @Daveyyy Jones I'm having the exact same issue with Tera! Apparently, for years, gamers have been having this issue and it has not been resolved. I've spent the past two hours trying to figure out what settings I'm supposed to change to get Tera to work.

    Cannot seem to access the Minecraft Battle Map Pack Season Pass just keep getting this error message, no error codes or mention of what setting is the cause.

    "To do this, change a setting"

    "You buy or download because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com"

    I don't see any content restrictions or anything that would interfere... any ideas on what setting could be causing this?

    I'm having the same issue. I reported it through my Xbox One X as an issue and I reported it directly to En Masse as well. I haven't received a response yet.

    I have more than 350 games on Xbox (most digital) and no problems with buying or purchasing other games/dlc/add-ons/etc., so it shouldn't be an issue.

    Hopefully they'll get a fix for it soon. Kind of sucks when can't join in with other players.

    I finally received a response from En Masse support and they stated that you must disable the password/passkey purchase protection for purchases in order to play. (Basically circumventing an important security option in order to play the game.) I don't recommend
    doing this, and have replied to them that their game is going to be uninstalled on my system. This feature is for our protection and out of hundreds of games this is the only one that is requiring this protection to be disabled.

    If you still want to do so (I don't recommend this, though), you can adjust this setting through the following steps:

    On Xbox, in Settings, go to Privacy and Online Safety

    Click Xbox Live Privacy

    Go to View Details and Customize

    Click on the Buy and Download button

    Turn Option "Ask Before Buying" to Off

    What's Everyone Playing This Weekend (03/01 - 05/01)

    I played Tera all weekend. Kinda dragged because no one plays it lol so it makes doing dungeon quests 10x longer, especially since I'm a healer. I might be technically immortal but not the most powerful lol. Really need some more Tera friends!
