Of course , the gamertag are the same. Everything worked fine a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, I can't do the streaming and I have not made any changes prior to this failure.

Option 2: Check if there are available updates for the Xbox app or for your Windows 10 computer

1. Click this
link and follow the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the Xbox app.

2. After updating the application, go to this
link and follow the steps on how to get software and driver updates for Windows 10.

Option 3: Check system settings

Select the Start button > Settings >
Time & language. Under Date and time make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

Option 4: Enable Xbox Services

1. In the Search bar type Services. Select the Services from the list of results.

2. In the Services window sort the services by their name.

3. Scroll to the bottom and find the following services: Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service.
