To connect to WIFI must remove ethernet cable ?

"You chose a wireless connection but there is a network cable plugged" With most all devices connecting to Wi-Fi does not require disconnecting of the Ethernet cable. Why does the Xbox Series X require disconnecting of the cable for a wireless. It would be much easier if it could stay connected for the switch.

think it even did it on the xbox 360's that had wifi too.

If you want to use WiFi to connect to your network hardware you must disconnect the ethernet cable from the console. It's one or the other not both.

Wired ethernet is superior to WiFi.

try to connect it via ethernet cable to verify that if it allows you to use the online service, once it lets you enter your profile go to your internet configuration in the console menu there configure or check that the wifi is connected (for this you
will have to remove the ethernet cable)

No but you can connect it via Ethernet cable with a cross over cable or with standard Ethernet cables with a router or Ethernet switch. The other way is connect it to your wifi.
