To cancel Xbox Live Gold immediately

Hi!

today I was charged for Xbox Live Gold. Fee was increased 2 times. I canceled the subscribtion via account.microsoft.com.

But there was no possibility to cancel immediately. There was only possibility to cancel on 4/8/2016. In fact there was notification that immediate cancelation is possible via callback function. But callback function was not available (grey nonactive icon).

I'd like to cancel subscription immediately and get back my money.

But on Russian version of Xbox contact us (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us) Call back function is not active.

On US one (support.xbox.com/.../request-call)
Call back function is active but have not accepted Russian phone number.

Fortunately I canceled the subscription via chat on US page.
