To be (A Gold member) Or not to be (A Gold member)?

I my or may not be an xbox one live gold member. I guess I'll never know. My xbox one says I have 1 day left of gold/live membership, But it refuses to let me play multiplayer games because my gold membership has expired. Ok no problem, I tried using a
code which will give me free 14 day membership. I have several codes that came with various xbox products I purchased. Xbox will not let me use a code because I still have a valid gold membership. I tried the help app but it had no relevant information (this
is very common place in my experience). So next I visited support. xbox.com to see if I could get relevant help but I could find none. Then I tried to "contact us" via a link. This just took me round in circles. Not figuratively but actually! Check it out
(support - xbox.com /en-gb contact-us.) I tried the contact us link on windows 10 support page and I got a windows store number which I phoned and got through to someone who had not yet mastered English. Any way he was supposed to put me through to xbox but
he hung up instead. Something I thought might happen that is why before he tried to hang up on me I asked him for the direct number. To which he replied after searching for it "there is no number". Anyhow he hung up on me. I repeated the process and got through
to a lady who also was not English and had trouble understanding me. I repeated myself in sentences stopping after the first to ask if she understood so far to which she replied by just hanging up on me. No pretence no nothing just plain clunk clik. Now an
hour later I am no closer to playing my game or even contacting xbox to let them know of my predicament. How rude! All this on top of a problem I have had more or less since i came into the last month of my contract, which that all my games, settings and apps
have been freezing and not allowing me access. I have had to turn off xbox and or switch apps and games multiple times before I could get anything to work. Up until I complained via feedback a few days ago stating it was fortunate that my gold membership was
expiring as xbox games etc was giving me so much problems. Then the next day everything was working fine.Lucky me! Xbox Live/Gold gets 1 star and that's just because i can not give -5 stars. My ID is APOCALPSE ESN.

no it is not your not a gold member (swgzll4 is showing up as a silver member) once you are a gold member you will be able to get the game for free.
