To anyone having problems with TWD Ep 3 Season 2

Hey guys, to anyone having problems with getting the new Walking Dead episode, don't panic. I distinctly remember the stuff showing up on the dashboard a day early before the 2nd episode, and I was not able to download it until the next day. It seems that,
once again, the same problem has arisen. Multiple websites I've checked lists May 15th as the release for Ep 3 on 360, so it seems that the same type problem as Episode 2 has happened here.

Other sites do have it listed as today, May 14th, but I am unable to download it. Anyone have success downloading it?

Tempted by this, I've only played the 1st season of TWD. I've seen on another forum that some people who have purchased this bundle are having problems with the season pass on Borderlands? Anyone on here had problems?

 

Ugh I'm getting a error that my account is locked, I doubt this is the real problem rather just xbox live having that dlc issue.

 

I apparently paid for it, as my card was charged, but no, it won't let me download it.
