    Everyone got the update on his device by now

    except the Xbox fan

    And beside the Update we are the only one that we don't have access to cross play we play with PC together like unfair play.

    i feel we just trade like nobody in this community.

I tried calling last night, I added the URL to this thread on my question and I meant to explain to the person that we need this issue elevated to someone who can do something about it. I suggest we all do the same. With some luck, one of these people will go above their duties to help.

    Do not use the forums to report offenders, it is not the approved method and is not allowed here. Use the tools on your console to
    file a complaint against the offender, then mute, block communications
    and move on. Also if we have not played with the offender on XBL we can not file a complaint against them..
