I make this message as a form of frustration for the fact that this is considered okay for xbox to allow the xblpet to suspend for as long as they want and threaten people with bans if they dont agree with there suspension and i would be glad to understand
why im not able to play online as i was clearly only suppost to get a communication suspenion until the 20th which im fine by i deserve that but online restrictions go over the line. The fact that i am not allowed to play online just for swearing to another
player is a hypocrisy in its own the majority of the xbox games are M+ and apparently you cant swear to nobody.

I can't purchase M content even though my account is Adult and allows purchases of M games.

In addition to ngocphi's last comment, if you're part of the Family Pack, you should be able to start the download from the website, as long as your account is set as an adult (no, that does not include "adult" in the privacy settings).

The MSRB ratings are only for purchasing the game by law a retailer can not sale a M rated game to a person under the age of 18.
