title update issue/bug (official support required)

there are times when starting a game i get a false update with a message that states "disconnecting from xbox live in 10 minutes". this is due to a file that can be found on called "title update cache" (something like that) with the status that its incomplete
and is not removable if found. the only reason why i know this is because ive been going through my memory. i didnt know whether to post this in the 360 preview section or here because this issue has been around a while since before the preview program was
announced. either way i hope this goes into the right direction. im sure these details are already known but i want to make sure its noticed.

Animals dissapearing from my Farm

It's a common bug since the TU7 (Title Update) release. There is a bug fix coming. You can check the official forums

If you have the preview dashboard you post it there. Only thing I can suggest is clearing your HDD cache.

 

the thing is this has been around for a while and people without the program experience this too. its not due to the updates of the preview program. clearing cache doesnt get rid of it either because its not part of the systems cache.

 

Title Updates are tied to cache. There's a sequence of keys you can press during boot up to delete system updates. I don't remember what they are and I can't seem to find them right now, but they're out there. I did this when a Halo Reach title update made
the game act wonky, Another thing you can do is possibly move all of that game's content to a USB stick and try to run the game then.

 

lb rb x (2x sequence) on the memory screen will delete system updates but thats not tied to title updates. the only time ive ever had issues with a title update was when gta v released a hot fix ota through the title update and didnt install correctly all
i have to do it delete the title update for the game. with this issue its like its trying to replicate a cached version of the update that the only way it can be removed is by starting the game where it will proceed to do a fake update then throws you to the
dashboard its a bug thats been around which is why it should be forwarded. if i can get a picture of this i will show you
