TITANIC GLITCH!!! (Not even sure What to do at this point...)

I don't know if this has happened before, or even if this is the right place to talk about it. But I figured it might be able to happen to others and believed a warning was deserved. I booted up a creative world I have used since the day of the addition
of Creative Mode today. The map is normally populated with nearly 2 years worth of work ranging from a maze that spans half the map and a Let's Play hub that some friends and I use for recording. Today it decided that, all of its life, it had wanted to be
an ocean with a single mushroom isle and thus somehow changed to said configuration.

(In short: a creative super-flat world somehow became a standard world with random seed. The map has remained on the same USB stick all of its life and the map is used almost daily. I believe it is beyond saving, and therefore will not ask for help. But
in the event that this can happen to others I felt the need to post. Has this happened to anyone else?

Live Account signs in a second time after choosing profile from dashboard

I've checked and tried those both and it still does it. Not sure what it could be other than a glitch in my account at this point.

Microsoft will need a grand slam at E3 just to maintain being a contender in this gen's console war. If they do poorly, the Xbox One will sink like the Titanic before it even leaves the dock.

Have you tried copying the USB to your hard drive and loading it from there. That's what I would try. I have had trouble with USB sticks loading and saving slowly.

I have run into a couple occasions where I would shoot a fair amount of my Carbine clip into a pilot and they would kill me and still have 100% health but I wouldn't contribute that to hacking, just lag.

However, just a couple days ago I might have run into a hacker or maybe it was a glitch on the servers where I doomed a titan and tried to exicute the pilot with no success and his exploding titan cause my titan to go into doomed state and I got exicuted
by a passing enemy titan. Funny thing is, I had auto eject. Not too sure what to think of that.

Sorry to hear that, before considering to reinstall windows please try the next:

A. Reinstall the Microsoft store and all its components, use method 1. Lester response.
if that doesn't work use method 2

B. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

If you're on windows 10 steps are the same, you just need to download windows 10 ISO
