TITANFALL, XBOX 360 UNRECOGNIZED DISK

    I just got Titanfall for the 360 and every time I pop it in it says its an unrecognized disk, all my other games work, its a new copy, i have cleaned it over and over again just to make sure....what should I do....help, please

    I would take it back to the shop and replace it.Or keep trying to insert the disc mate.

    Try seeing if you see any details of the game before launching it.

    Unrecognized disk usually means the drive in the console is failing.

    Black ops 2 won't load

    Im having the same problem with black ops 2....I have an older xbox 360 the game is brand new zero scratches and I keep getting the "open tray" or "unrecognized disk" its really pissing me off I am seriously ready to break the damn xbox
