Titanfall won't work.

When I try to launch Titanfall it says "retrieving matchmaking list" and then goes to "attempting connection" and won't actually let me play, it just repeats. I've tried troubleshooting but it still won't launch.

Xbox says all Xbox live services are working now but titanfall still won't work?!?

 

Any other 14 year olds out there down to play Some titanfall?

Noone really cares about ratings anymore bro. I'd ask in game, but my mic won't work in titanfall gamechat.

when launching game, it says "attempting connection" retried 8 times and does it over and over again. has tried other games, and they connect to the internet without a problem. problem started on friday. updated system as well.

unplugged power chord and plugged back in. cleared cache, set the clock back. still doesn't work.

 

Hey, guys! I'm sorry to see any issues with Titanfall! I got a couple suggestions we can try out that may solve this issue.

First, make sure that you are using the servers that are for your area. On the main menu screen, when you hit X, you should be able to select the region that best fits yours. This will ensure that you get the best connection.

If that doesn't work, I'd like you to try the following, in the exact order that I post it:

• Remove the game (you may need to open the folder to keep from removing your save file) from your console if you own the digital version. (If you own the disc based game, there will be
  other troubleshooting, but remove the disc for now.)
• Remove your profile from the console ONLY. Don't want to delete your saves or anything.
  
• Clear your cache three times.
  
• Check the Titanfall folder again. If there is a Title Update (or TU) in there, please delete that.
  
• Power cycle your console by shutting it off for 30 seconds and then turning it back on.
  
• Download your profile.
  
• Download the game again (if it's disc based, insert the disc).
  
• Launch the game.

Try all that and let us know if you are still seeing this issue after that! We'd like to ensure you're able to access what you've paid for.

 

I tried the steps you recommended but sadly the game still won't launch.

 

I played it just about a month ago and worked perfectly fine but now it won't launch. The disc is in perfect condition with no scratches or fingerprints so I don't know what to do.
