titanfall wont load

Hi. I recently installed titanfall on my xbox one but the game wont start up for some reason. The picture comes up on the screen and then it will just return to the xbox one home screen without loading. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

having the same problem titanfall wont load from the home screen did the hard reset still nothing!

sounds like my issue... on titanfall. error: failed to read profile

Forza wont even load.

I'm on day four now without being able to play.

There is a 'service alert' for playing online games. I hope they fix it soon.

 

I am having the same issue. Just bought it today - and will only show the picture, than back to home screen

 

Try holding power button for 7-10 seconds. If no luck try powering system down and unplug console (give it about 10 secs) and bring it back online - hope this helps.

 

Join the party and the right thread, theres already like ten threads discussing this, THERE IS NO FIX YET, all they keep saying is its not them its us, Well to that i say i've heard that enough in high school, give me another reason

 

What I did to fix this problem is to uninstall and reinstall. Happened to me on launch night. Worked like a charm after that.

 

Problem after problem. Xbox aint worth its price.

 

Mine won't sign in on Titanfall. Xbox 1 sucks. Infinity 2.0 freezes also at sign in.

 

Ignore my comment. I called customer service and they fixed my problems. Both games work great now.

 

What did customer service suggest to fix the problem with Titanfall and Infinity 2.0. They were working fine for me last night and Titanfall even this morning but now I get errors on both
