    Xbox One games take up way too much space

    Xbox One games take up a ridiculous amount of space. For example, Cod: Ghosts takes 40GB and TitanFall is rumored to take 40GB as well. That's already 80GB without DLC. Not to mention you only have 362GB of space. I'm just wondering why these games take
    up so much space and what could be done about it in the future.

    There's loads of stuff that will make a game take a lot of space. The maps themselves are huge, the detail in some areas is insane and the general date for the AI is probably fairly high.

    I don't really see why this is an issue at all. The Blu-Ray capacity is 50Gb and I think the fact that 80% of it is being used shows great things.

    The Xbox One comes with a 500GB Hard Drive with around 360GB available to the user. External USB storage is expected in the future.

    people want higher resolution and better textures and bigger maps and more things in general... this is the price that needs to be paid.

    i have to call my cable ISP and get the higher data tier because of this.

    I'm already at 30-something percent Storage. With Titanfall, Watchdogs, Destiny, PvZ, GZ, new FIFA, new CoD, possibly Sunset Overdrive, and Project Spark.. is my hard drive going to last the year?

    back in 2008 Mgs 4 pushed blu ray to the max. uncompressed audio and movies make for big games.
