Titanfall vanished from Store. Can´t redownload.

Hello Fellas,

I recently deleted Titanfall (I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition in a Sale) but changed my mind and tried to download it again. But it is completely gone. It is not under my games and app nor can I find it in the actual store. When I search for Titanfall
in the Xbox Store there is only the season pass and one dlc pack, everything else vanished. When I searched on xbox.com for the product it gave me the same results. Anybody else with the problem or any ideas? I bought it from the german store.

Almost entire ready to install library has vanished.

Also the games have completely vanished from my library. But I am able to download them through the store.

I lost a game! Is there any way to recover it?

Can you give some more information?

If this was a game you purchased from Live, you can redownload it from your download history -

support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

Hiya,

I have pretty much the same problem. Titanfall came bundled with my console when i bought it. I played it some but then deleted it to make room. Now that the dlc is free, i have been trying to redownload the base game from the marketplace. Like CutCrane
above, i can't even see the game...it seems to have disappeared and it doesn't show up in my "waiting to be downloaded" list on the console either. Anyone have any helpful advice for us? I got it from the Australian marketplace if that makes any difference.

I've just contacted Microsoft Support for this issue. They have assured me that my account will be able to access the Original Titanfall download (It Cost $99.45 when it was first released) The reason for the problem is the Original has been replaced with
the Deluxe version therefore our 'previously purchased' history doesn't match up. Not sure why they couldn't just issue me with a $50.00 credit on my account so i can purchase the deluxe edition. Either way, I will post back when my account has been updated
(only spoke to them 20mins ago) and let everyone know how i went.

If you interrrupt an update for a Windows Store/Game Pass game, it will corrupt the game and require it to be redownloaded. This is the usual cause of games "vanishing"

the error I get when, in the MS store I click to play:

Starfield can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.

The drive needed replacement and was removed.
