Titanfall unplayable

I've trouble shot this game for three days and its getting to my tipping point. Heres what I've posted on respawns forums and even spoke with xbox support via twitter about, and no solution:

Bug overview: Unable to play, or limited play.

Specific details: Day 1 after the xbox live didnt allow me to connect I could finally connect to that service. Started the game and it got to the screen before the lobby screen with all of ships, and in the bottom right corner the screen the
loading icon would stop spinning. Every time. So uninstalled/reinstalled, cold rebooted multiple times taht day before stopping. Estimate I spent 5 hours doing that all. Next morning,
Day 2, which is yesterday I started with a fresh cold reboot after a new reinstall. Now I could actually get to the private lobby and do pilot training. Then I can go to the campaign lobby, it loads folks in and everyone is ready, the count
down happens and at 1 or 0 the game freezes much like the day before. I must go to the home screen and quit the game. I repeated the steps from the day before (uninstall/reinstall and multiple cold reboots) still freezes at 0 or 1. After speaking with Xbox
support a little they keep asking about my connection. I have over 40 megs and great stats. I stop trying. Now
DAY 3 of trying. I wake after doing a uninstall and reinstall at night while i slept. I can actually play! I get to a game and play, I continue playing for maybe 4 or 5 matches. I am relieved and obviously think its fixed. Well I get done playing
and back out to what i assume is the private lobby....the game freezes with the pop up 'connecting' window. Must go home and quit game. When i go back into the game I get the same things as the day before. I get into a lobby it counts down to 0 or 1 and it
freezes forcing me to close it. I cold boot and reinstall like tons. If I had to guess I've reinstalled a total of 8 times. And cold rebooted 20 times. I would like a solution, I haven't been able to play more than an hour, and that evidently was a fluke.

Frequency: 100%

Reproduction steps: Start game, get into private lobby, go to campaign and campaign lobby, game freezes on countdown to play.

Titanfall is lagging !!!!

I began having severe lag yesterday... internet connection still solid, can stream videos at full hd flawlessly... but on Titanfall it's almost a full second lag... unplayable... reset router, etc... tried different Titanfall server, same issue... one bar
connection...

 

CONTROLLER RIGHT STICK- STUTTER/SLOW MOTION JAGGING

Hi, I've got exactly the same thing on titanfall, its fine it you try training mode but is unplayable online, keeps stuttering and freezing on right stick...

 

Do you have any problems playing other games, specifically ones that are always online (like NFS, or other multiplayer games)?

I had problems today of it locking up, black screen, can't connect, and it turned out to be a problem with my Internet. When I tried to pull up the Xbox Live status on my phone it couldn't connect. Odd thing as well, I tried to go to Xbox Settings to check
the network connection, and the Settings app wouldn't load either, just sat there with a gear. Seems to me this game, and apparently some of the other apps and games, are so reliant on a network connection they just won't work without one.

Basically, to sum it up, check your NAT type, check your router, maybe try bypassing your router, etc just to see if maybe something in your network setup is causing the problem.

 

Here's a theory. Were you in the Titanfall Beta? If so, is it still on your console? Again, if so maybe try deleting the Beta to see if that solves the issue.

Have you found a solution to this? It still happens to me and has stripped all fun from the game. I am extremely disappointed with EA and Respawn for not addressing this issue. I've been talking with gamers from around the Internet about this very issue,
the best I've been able to piece together is that this seems to be an issue with the digital version specifically. One person said they solved it by getting a disk copy and installing the game while disconnected from the Internet. Another deleted his local
and cloud saves, reset his machine to factory settings and reinstalled over and over, it finally took on the third try. I haven't tried resetting because I have five digital games and re downloading 85 gigs is not something I'm really interested in.

 

Also having a similar problem, was on the phone twice with support and tried numerous hard resets and re-installs but Titanfall still freezes up after the EA screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

OK.i guess i have figured a solution..on the title screen..press 'X'..this will launch the Data Center Selection menu..choose a different data center from the one selected..(preferably an area which has more Titanfall users than others)..then retry..should
work.

 

i keep getting "there was a problem with the update" and that's all i get...my xbox is online i reset the xb1 did troubleshoot stuff still no go wtf,,,,,,.

 

Hey does anyone know why titanfall tells me I need a hard drive to play But all xbox 360 have hard drives but why wouldn't a USB hard drive work?

 

Hey, FavoritePanda8, sorry to hear you're having issues with the game. Titanfall requires a 1.2GB update in order to play. The update cannot be installed on a flash drive but must be on an official Xbox 360 hard drive.
