Titanfall stuck on retrieving matchmaking list 2016

Hi. I am unable to get past this on titanfall and this issue is now entering its 3rd day. Another player local to myself has the same issue but lives half a mile away and uses a different ISP. Have read the forums and tried the following fixes from posts
dated in 2014.

1. Alternate mac address.

2. Change dns settings.

3. Powered down my ISP issued router several times.

4. Switched from wireless to wired connection.

So far am still unable to play this game, yet i can get online without any issues.

My ISP is sky. And i reside in the Uk.

Can't log into titanfall

I try to go play some MP on titanfall and I get stuck at the "retrieving matchmaking list" infinite loop? it's been going on for 2 days, and I was able to play just fine the night before.. am I the only having this problem?

create a port forward in your routers login and set it to your xboxs IP address (can check for it in your xboxs network settings)

forward ports to TCP 53,80,3074 .. then set the UDP to 53,88,500,3074,3544 .. THEN create a 2nd forward to the port of your router (mine being a Dlink 826L model.. the port UDP 4500)

and leave the TCP at 0 .. also add your xbox's ip as the address to this one as well MAKE SURE U CHECK THEM OFF ! once done and settings saved go into your routers firewall settings and enable DMZ,

then add your xboxs ip address again and save settings as well .. restart your xbox and load titanfall and should work

 

I was almost curious if maybe they were having server issues, but I went right to their EA Support page and found the UK Connection Status. As of a few moments ago everything seemed to be working.

I am noticing that even here in the US I cannot connect. I reached out to EA though so I will touch base with their answer.

 

Well thanks for the reply. Took a look at that site and realised that i can only see the pc gane servers and xbox one servers up. Dont see the xbox 360 servers at all so i guess it is a serve issue for myself. Although i forgot to mention the platform before.
Such a pain now as it does not seem to be fixed and no idea when either.

 

Well i was helped by EA. They forwarded me some data on. Basicly i opened up some ports on my router and it worked.

Here are the ports. Hope it helps.

I am having this problem too for 2 days now. This is super crappy and I can't seem to get the port forwarding right which drives me up the wall.

Did you call EA or chat with them?

 

We haven't been able to get on now 3 days. They need to fix it!

 

Must be a server issue as i can now retrieve a list but apparently there are no servers...

 

Servers are undergoing maintenance and will resume normal activity shortly. They just came back online for East US a little bit ago. Just keep checking their status for your area here:
