Titanfall Stats

How are stats in Titanfall calculated? Specifically pertaining to the following:

Are pilot kills after an evac begins counted in your pilot kill tally at the end of each match? I think I remember reading/hearing that they are not.

If I'm dropped into a game where the team I'm placed on is getting slaughtered does that count against my win percentage? I usually just like to play quick play in campaign mode because I like both Hard Point & Attrition and quick play allows me to get into
games quickly. Lately I've been getting placed into games that are almost over (and more often than not I'm placed on the losing side) fairly frequently and I'm just wondering if that's counting against me?

In the end I know that both are trivial since I'm not sure other players can even see my stats but it's mildly annoying to go in and look to see how well I'm doing and know they are very skewed because of things like this.

If anyone has any insight into how stats are calculated I'd love to hear it.

Friday82, they said one reason is that the 360 version will be its own stand alone version... although its suppose to be like the Ones version they wanted the 360 players to have a unique experience to. which I dont honestly know what that means, considering
there still has been no screenshots, or anything else news wise for the 360 version of Titanfall.. which is odd considering it comes out next week

Actually it is possible to go back and forth between different versions of a game. I regularly play on both the 360 and xbox 1 version of ghosts and stats transfer back and forth between each version instantly as needed.

Although like BigDaddyxBrock said it wont be possible in titanfall

 

Any kills you get during the Epilogue DO NOT COUNT towards the end game score board, they DO HOWEVER count for your "Lifetime stats" that you can view in the pregame lobby/main menu. And I'm 50% sure that no matter when you get dropped into a game it DOES
count towards your W/L%. I say this because I was completing the Gen. 8 challenge " All I do is Win" and was dropped onto the winning team with only minutes left and ended up winning with only a few kills. After the matches I looked and the win DID COUNT,
so I'm assuming the losses have to count as well

 

That's what I figured. Thanks! I feel like I should at least get to play half the game if it's going to credit me with a loss. Oh well.

I wish you could play "variety pack" and set the types of games you want to play. I mainly only like to play attrition and hard point, which is why I just do campaign quickplay.

 

I love variety pack, its all I play. just wish people would play the objective on those gametypes and not just play "pilot hunter" on every game mode

 

^YES!!!! I complain about this every time I play Hardpoint. It's really annoying.

 

Its the worst on CTF, I'll end the game with like 18 deaths only 11 or so kills and have 2-4 caps and around 5-7 returns and see 2-3 other guys on my team have zero returns and zero caps but around 25-30 kills apiece just because they camped the flag spawn
with a suppressor. THAT makes me furious

 

I play ctf now and mostly will defend and return flags. Every once in a while if my team is winning big I will venture out from home base and capture a flag. But I'm a defense kind of guy who tries to make sure the flag doesn't get stolen. When I play
ctf I usually have nothing more than 1 or less of my flags captured. I do get a lot of returns and kills as a result, and usually get no more than 1 flag capture for myself a game. thats just how I like to roll, most team mates like how I play.

 

Capture the Flag really is just a free for all anyway if your're not communicating with your team using the headsets. I tend to like to play defense too (I'm not coordinated enough to take a flag and stay calm, cool and collected.. one bullet goes by and
I get nervous and start jumping around like a twit letting everyone know where I am) but I never play CTF unless I'm in a party and am chatting with people. I usually just get my titan and shuttle people back and forth.

I think what DazedHigh was getting at is that having designated defenders doesn't work when nobody is talking and everyone is camping by their flag just to score some easy pilot kills.

 

unfortunately due to the very late hours i play, i dont get to play with a set group which makes winning in any gamemode other than attrition a PITA. Theres alot of people on but none of them seem to have mics plugged in. I mean, didnt we all get one when
we got our XB1 console. If I'm lucky, ill get with a good group where communication(verbally) isnt too necessary

 

I will occasionally put my headset on when I'm just playing with random people but TBH most of the people I hear talking are either little kids or neanderthals that get muted pretty quickly. Not really many people talking about the game.
