Titanfall sound issues

PLEASE HELP! I haven't been able to enjoy Titanfall since April. Every time I play the sound starts going in and out and it's unbearable. I have gone so far as to exchange the disc at walmart and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled and installed again. Contacted
EA and they told me to contact Microsoft. I really like the game but this is ridiculous. I'm ready to give up. I included a video of what I'm experiencing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Upload Studio/ Game DVR Help!

Some of my clips do have audio, some do not. Of the ten or so clips I have recorded while playing Titanfall (via "xbox record that") only one or two have audio. Those were also the oldest clips I have from the game. None of my BF4 clips had issues with sound.
It's only the past couple weeks worth of Titanfall clips that play without any sound. A hard reset of the xbox one did not solve my issue.

MechWarrior sounds like Titanfall in a way.

Head back up to the support tab and look for contact details to microsoft, sorry for the lack of real help but i figured if nothing else this should get you a bump.
