    Alright, once again, thank you so much for your patience. Next what I want you to do is remove all open ports. We're going to set up a DMZ, which opens all ports.

    Once you have removed the open ports, follow these three articles to get setup. These articles are for a model of router very similar to yours, so it shouldn't be too different.

    • Make sure UPnP is off.
    • Setup DHCP reservations for your Xbox One console.
    • Set up console in DMZ.
    I would also make sure the firmware on your router is up to date. Give us an update once you have done all of that! Titanfall - Searching for Data Center :)

    Still no change after steps completed. Firmware 1.03 is the latest firmware as well.

    Unfortunately we have exhausted all of our options, we have a feeling this is on your ISP's end. I would recommend contacting them again explaining the information we have covered, including the game working on your husbands phone signal. Since going directly
    to modem did not work for you that is the best recommendation I can give. I am truly sorry for any frustration this has caused and I hope you are able to get Titanfall up and running soon! Please feel free to update us in this thread with any new information

    The ISP I have says its nothing on my end and I've done all the steps in this thread too. However, if a friend of mine is in the game, he can invite me to it or I can join him and it plays just fine. A resolution for me to play by myself would be helpful
    so I don't have to wait for someone else to be on playing it.

    No only the one Xbox One. We checked all ports needed on the router while on the phone with xbox support, also even tried ethernet connection straight to the modem directly passing the router.

    Titanfall Data Center Searching

    It's a lost cause I've been trying to solve this for months now on Xbox Forums, Microsoft Call Support, EA Support, Titanfall forums, and even my latest routers support forum. None of the normal troubleshooting steps work.

    I have bought 3 different routers, tried UPnP On/Off, Port Forwarding, DMZ etc... etc.. all the steps support pages suggest. The only way to play is to reboot the router and full power cycle the xbox many times and hope for a connection.

    This is the only Xbox game that does this. Halo and all other games work flawless. There is some kind of error with getting that first packet that populates the server list.
