Titanfall, requesting single player (and co-ops) campaign (local network)

Id like to talk about or maybe mention some upgrade to Titanfall I'd personally love to see and maybe some people will agree or politely disagree with me.

First I want to walk everyone through what was going on in my head when Ttanfall was first announced. A game where you can pilot giant mechs...oh, so COOL! You can jump out of the mechs and be the pilot on foot, AWESOME! Then the dark clouds came soon after
by hearing things like "NO single player campaign" and "HAS to be online."

I guess maybe I'm a "relic player." I like to play alone or with a close friend co-ops style. I was looking to Titanfall as THE game, THE reason to buy an X Box One....and it just isn't for me. Lots of people love it, and that's great, but am I the only
person who wants to see a single player version? So my biggest upgrade I'd want is a single player offline version (I don't have X Box Live...just the account for the forums here. That might pose some potential issues though like the maps are built for a number
of players, I suppose that could be remedied by replacing them with in game AIs, but that's just a guess.

do we need internet for playing games like halo or battlefield or COD?

You can play the single-player campaigns of those games, yes.

Any games that have local co-op/multiplayer will work too.

No Local Co-op Campaign Mode for Halo, MW3, or Battlefield 3?

Halo CE Anni has local co-op but MW3 and BF3 dont have co-op campaign at all unless you count the co-op missions in BF3 and spec ops in MW3 i dont know about BF3 but you can play spec-ops splitscreen.

I bought an X Box One finally and went ahead and picked up Titanfall. The game is just dead weight, it won't even play WITHOUT X Box Live Gold. Luckily I only wasted about $20 on it, but yes I'm upset and extremely disappointed. I've owned my console for
4 days now and considering throwing it out. This whole thing with Titanfall is horrible and the whole subscriptions thing and "pay to play gateways"....nope, not into ANY of that.

You can play the single-player campaigns of those games, yes.

and most wont..developers need to bring more to the table then single player only or multiplayer only (looking at you titanfall)..you think even half the people that bought titanfall will touch titanfall 2 if there isnt some kind of co-op titan survival
mode or single player campaign? Not from the reviews i've been reading from gamers.

The game supports Local Co-Op for 4 Players only, not online Co-op. Which means that two to four players can play the entire campaign via local co-op only.

with.
