Titanfall regeneration requirements are bs

I like these challenges to be able to regenerate , and i do think some of them will be difficult for me , but i don't care this will give the game the longevity i want. Its not cod - so cant just camp kill and go round n round again.

I like the way it is trying to get people out of their comfort zone - and if you don't like this regens challenges then stay put at 50 with all weapons unlocked - but if you want the extra xp then try and have fun x

 

Look at that.. something challenging in a video game to continue forward with your play... what will they think of next?

 

Gooser challenge will be a pain

 

The gen challenges make this game stand out from the rest, I am gen 2, and having to do the shotgun challenges, I always hated the shotgun, but now I am loving it, there a different tactics to try with the shotty, really love this idea.

 

I'm level 26, and I just finished the Gen 3 Shotgun challenges. If you apply yourself, you can do it in a couple hours. It's not a big deal. I even started to like the Shotgun.

 

gen 4 not bad am not a sniper so this should be fun

 

certain maps the sniper is excellent, cove is one example, at the start everyone goes the same way inline with bots, in 30 seconds you can get 3 pilots and 8 AI.

I struggled with the charge riffle more than the sniper, which is daft since i use the charge riffle all the time.

Oh and satchel charges are just fun.

I am on gooser but its hard work doing it with 5 randoms, with a half decent other team and not looking forward to the arc riffle, the plasma was easy.

 

im very happy to do these challges its just the gooser my only ejecting pilot kill was me punching the ejecting pilot as he left his titan lol on my 2nd gen i got to level 21 and had done the shothuns and the 40mm

 

Right!! People want it easy. I'm ready for my gen 5

 

How about they remake the game like ALL the other shooters out there. maybe turn it into CoD, where all you have to do is gain xp to prestige. Atleast Titanfall makes it a bit of a challenge. Personally, I hated the 40mm challenge to get to Gen 3 (don't
like the gun much), but I did it. I ended up quite good with the 40mm. It's a nice change to have to actually earn the next Gen pilot

 

I welcome harder challenges.

 

Thanks for the tips. It was just getting the first 10 kills that was hard. Once I got the instant shot mod the kills were easy and finished that challenge in no time.

 

The plasma rail gun kills are easy. Play capture the flag and a lot of people use auto titans. I got 25 Titan kills with it in a few hours a few days a go. Killing ejecting pilots is a joke I just seem to get hit markers all the time.

 

My tips for the goose challange is, use the chaingun, depending how good you are with a titan, i always recommend following another titan about, that way your much less likely to die.

Anyway, when they are doomed line yourself up and have as many bullets in a clip as possible and give yourself a bit of distance between you and the titan, so your fixed in one place and you aiming at the top of the titan, when they eject start shooting
and move up with the pilot, when the pilot reaches max altitude, you want to be at about 45% max any more and when they start coming down its hard to keep up, and and less and the bullets take to long to get there, you will have a second or so, when its easiest
to kill them.

it is a little about luck and who your shooting at, anyone with a little skill will make it hard.

I recon I am getting somewhere between 24-50% at killing the people I am able to shoot at, people on your team aren't going to make it easy either.

 

they have changed the gooser challenge from 50 to 5 anyone who has already done this will get something in a future patch the new gooser update will take place in the next patch
