Titanfall Refund

Anyway to get a refund for my purchase of Titanfall did not realize you needed to have a hard drive in order to play.

:)

 

Can't stay in the lobby for more then 5 minutes without getting disconnected from server.

YAY! Got a $40 refund on Xbox Live for Titanfall on the Xbox One.

Spent £429.99 on Xbox one a month ago

Just found out today that they are reducing it by 29.99 and give away Titanfall.

Whats the chance of a refund of the £29.99 or get discount off of Titanfall. I feel ripped off an cheated.

A hard drive is not needed. From the marketplace description "NOTE: Installing to the Xbox 360 Hard Drive is recommended. Not doing so may result in degraded visual and audio quality."

So it is recommended but not required.

 

No it is required downloaded it and during the setup it says an xbox 360 hard drive is required i'm just using a usb drive for storage

 

You would need to try contacting support, but keep in mind that all purchases on the marketplace do state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

The description then seems to be faulty and you should call support in your region and explain the situation to them. Phone support are the only ones that can supply a refund.

And take a look at page 2 of the Overview you will see that it does specifically state that an Xbox 360 Hard Drive is required.

 

Contacted support and they refunded the purchase no problem
