Titanfall - levelling up issue

Im trying to find a solution to this problem for my son.

We purchased the game at launch on disc then later sold it and recently purchased the digital version of the game.

When he last played the game on disc he was on level 42 and since downloading and playing the digital version now with season pass and dlc it wont save his levels as he progresses.

On 3 seperate ocassions he has made it past 42 only to return the following day back at 42. He also mentioned it failed to save his classes but now that problem seems to have corrected itself.

Any help/sugestions are appreciated.

And yes a few games are having problems. Titanfall is also suffering this with any levelling up resetting after shutdown. Quite frustrating.

 

Levelling up Artisans?

So are mine. I also have a full town grown at homestead and the book shows no one has come there yet. As for the level up I think once you start making good stuff like ( arrows, shot etc..)you will level up. Look how long it has taken us to get Norris to
mine at homestead which gives us iron for shot and other weapons. I see more than 40 hrs of game play if you play every inch of the game.

 

Hey Jazzuri, best thing would be to contact EA Support as they will be able to check your sons account on their systems to see if they see him progressing beyond 42 on their side.

Looks like its a major bug that still hasnt been resolved since launch?

Ownership seems to be a problem these days, nobody taking ownership for these problems nor doing anything about it? The game was released in March....

also...looks like EA only provide support for pc version of Titanfall
