Titanfall for 360 on Xbox Demand?

I figured I would ask, since the game is now on sale for about $12. I don't have an Xbox One yet, and I always wanted to play Titanfall, since it does seem like a fun game. I mean... giant fighting robots! What's not to love?

I know it's an online only game, which is partly why I held off buying it until now (I'm not paying $50 on a game that will eventually be shut down. A game should ALWAYS have a worthwhile single player, at least that is what I believe. But I'm getting off
topic). With it so cheap, I decided to look at the game On Demand.

The odd thing is, the picture for the game says 'Titanfall Deluxe', while the title for the game on Xbox just says 'Titanfall'. I read that the Deluxe edition had more to it than the original version, and so I figured it had more in it since the 360 version
was released later than on the newer console. But on Major Nelson's website, where he lists all of the games on sale for the holidays, he put down (or someone that works for him, for all we know) "Titanfall: Game of the Year Edition", which I read has all
of the map DLC in it that has been released so far.

Soooooo... which version of the game is it on On Demand? Is it the regular version? The Deluxe? Or The Game of the Year Edition? If it's the later, then that $13 is a pretty good deal!

The Game of the Year and Deluxe Editions are the same thing, it just means that it includes the Season Pass, so you get all the DLC included. There is no regular edition available for download on 360.

Not my cup of tea, but $12.50 seems like a pretty good deal for a game with all the DLC that was going for $50 just a few days ago.

 

Dude get it. Just got Titanfall & Season pass. 12.50 (US). Downloading 3rd of 3 DLC packs now. Drop some titans with me later!

 

It is a good deal... if the On Demand version IS the Deluxe version. I haven't seen anyone confirm if it actually is or not for sure. I just want to be sure that it includes it before I purchase it.

 

Not sure which version it is, but I paid £9.99 for it yesterday in the sale and three map packs were available to download for free from the in-game store.

It's actually worth a tenner!

The asking price at launch, however, was disgusting given the lack of content. Glad I waited, I would have been furious had I paid £40!

 

This is a very fun game. It does have a campaign mode but you complete it on line. I have never been good at the run and gun military games like COD and always lie battlefield but this run and gun game I actually can be competitive in. A definite buy
at that price.
